Politics, protest and performativity: The Broome community’s ‘No Gas on the Kimberly Coast’ campaign

In particular, it considers some of the means through which the various strands of opposition have woven an effective and┬ácoherent campaign with miniscule resources, the relationship between Indigenous and non-Indigenous opponents, and the repertoires of contention they have adopted.
