The Change Agency provided a commendable service that enabled our group to engage our community to explore a collaborative housing project. James ensured the community meetings (online and face to face) had a well defined and purposeful structure with clear objectives, and facilitated the sessions to meet those objectives with a calm confidence that provided trust and safety which both engaged the participants and clarified their contributions. Mentoring and subject matter support was also provided which has increased our group’s confidence in progressing our project and strengthening our networks. We would highly recommend the Change Agency for any community driven project where equity and ethics are required to build trust and forge relationships for changing times. [December 2020]
