What's on top?

As you read this month's enews, 25 activists and community leaders will be receiving offers of a place in our Community Organising Fellowship. We were super impressed by the calibre of applicants this year. Selecting just 25 wasn't easy! We look forward to learning alongside the 2017 cohort when the first of our four residential workshops kicks off March 1 beside Sydney Harbour. Congratulations all!

This month's bumper edition includes links to the Sierra Club's impressive new Movement Organising Manual, the Beautiful Rising toolkit (inspired by Beautiful Trouble, which many readers will be familiar with), an interesting paper on legal advocacy and Betsy Raasch-Gilman's reflections on Movement Action Plan. Thanks, friends, for sharing these resources.

The best way to search our extensive collection of more than 3000 resources, downloads and links is by building your own toolkit. Select one or more tags (categories), specify one or more resource types (or skip this step to broaden your search) then 'show resources'. Add to the library by emailing James.

Watch this space for details of the launch of the Community Organising training guide - the second instalment of our People Power Manual. It's at the printers! James and Jason will launch the guide during the FWD + Organise conference in Sydney late November. You'll be first to know when it's available to download and order hard copies.
