What's on top?

How does gender show up as a dynamic within your group, network or movement? How do you equip women and men to work creatively with these dynamics to ensure gender equity? How are you supporting women to exercise leadership both within the movement and in their work in the world?

The Change Agency team recently started work on a new collection of resources on gender in activism and organising. And we'd love to hear from you. What are your questions, reflections and experiences on gender in campaigning? What resources or processes have you found powerful in developing your capacity to transcend gender barriers? In coming months, we'll share resources in our enews and on our website. Email Fee to join this discussion.

In other news, we're on track to raising the funds for next year's Community Organising Fellowship and are now inviting initial expressions of interest.
